Is there a Parking ?

Yes, each chalet has its own parking space
Are the pets allowed ?

Yes, pets are welcome in our chalets. A supplement of €15 per day and per animal applies to ensure a thorough cleaning after your departure.
Are the bed linens provided ?

Yes, bed linens and bath towels are included for your stay.
Are the Nordic baths private?

Yes, each chalet has its own private Nordic bath, prepared in advance so you can enjoy it as soon as you arrive.
Is firewood available?

Yes, we provide firewood and fire starters so you can remain fully autonomous throughout your stay.
What equipment is available in the kitchens ?

Both chalets feature a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine with coffee beans, dishwasher, oven, and stovetop. For your comfort, we also provide basic spices and olive oil.
Is on-site assistance available ?

We remain reachable throughout your stay by email or SMS. If needed, we can of course assist you in person.
Do we need to clean before leaving ?

No, we take care of the cleaning after your departure. We simply ask that the chalet be left in a reasonable condition, as you found it.
Is it possible to come without a car ?

Yes, you can reach us by public transport. Heusy is served by bus line 706 from Verviers Central Station. The nearest bus stop is a 10‑minute walk from the chalets.
Can we host groups or events ?

No, in order to preserve the calm and serenity of the Domaine and respect the neighborhood, we do not accept group stays or events.
Are the chalets air-conditioned/heated ?

“The North Chalet has a wood stove and an air‑conditioning system (hot and cold).
The South Chalet has a wood stove and central heating; thanks to the surrounding trees, it stays naturally cool during summer.”
Do you provide a baby bed or high chair ?

Yes, both are available upon request. Please note that sheets and blankets for the baby bed are not provided.
